Booking Terms & Conditions
Clients at Speckled Frog Tattoo must be 18 years of age or older. Under UK law, tattooing minors is strictly prohibited even with parental authorisation. Valid photo identification is required upon entry. You are obligated to disclose any medical histories, such as blood-borne pathogens, skin sensitivities, or cardiac issues, along with current medications. Please inform us of any known allergies to pigments, latex, or cleansers. We reserve the authority to decline service if a procedure poses a risk to health or safety.
Financial Terms & Appointment Policy
Every appointment requires a non-refundable deposit for confirmation. This amount is credited toward your final tattoo cost. To transfer a deposit to a different date, we necessitate a minimum of 7 days notice. Cancellations or failure to attend will result in deposit forfeiture. Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may lead to cancellation and loss of deposit to maintain our daily schedule. Final balances are due in full on the appointment day via the agreed payment method. Vouchers remain valid for 12 months following purchase and are non-refundable. A complimentary touch-up is available within six months, provided aftercare protocols were strictly followed. Revisions necessitated by poor healing or neglect will be charged at standard studio rates.
Conduct & Liability Framework
We uphold a respectful studio atmosphere and expect the same from our guests. We maintain the right to deny service to individuals under the influence or those displaying hostility. By scheduling, you accept that tattooing is a permanent process with physical risks like scarring. You assume full responsibility for adhering to aftercare instructions. We may document our work for promotional use; please advise if you prefer otherwise. Your data is protected under UK privacy regulations. Concerns should be directed to the manager immediately. Should an item arrive in poor condition, contact us with photographic evidence within 48 hours to secure a refund or replacement.
Delivery LiabilityResponsibility for the goods transfers to the buyer once the carrier confirms delivery to the provided address.
